About Busola
Busola Banjo is a chartered engineer with an MBA from INSEAD, one of the top business schools in the world. Prior to her MBA, she got her degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Nottingham and worked for 7 years in the construction industry as a building services engineer and project manager on a variety of building projects such as the Shard skyscraper in London and the Al Rayyan Stadium in Qatar. After her MBA, she joined Siemens on a rotational development program aimed to fast track her to leadership positions within the company.
As a Sainsbury Management Fellow, she is actively involved with career mentoring for engineering graduates. She was also involved with the STEM organization to encourage young girls to study engineering.
Busola is a food enthusiast and an avid traveler.
