On the 24th of Jan, 2023, I was at the University of Birmingham #uobefestival to deliver a talk titled Cultivating Confidence!
UoBE is an annual enrichment week organized for all students. A time to recalibrate, learn, play and connect ahead of a new academic year!
It was amazing to be around young, questioning, and keen minds, and to be back in a campus setting again after a long while.
I shared what confidence is, where confidence comes from, and my USER framework for cultivating confidence.
