About Mariolla

Mariolla is an Executive Director at a leading investment bank in London. As a three-time recipient of the Best FX Sales Analyst Award, Mariolla's achievements in banking have also been recognised by the Black British Business Awards (BBBA) as a Financial Services Rising Star Finalist 2020. 

She is also a Partner and Finance Director at Cornerstone, a private investment club exclusively focused on investing in businesses owned and run by diverse founders.

Mariolla recently co-founded 'Let’s Talk Racism', an online book chain dedicated to educating it’s following to become better allies of the black community, whilst promoting the work of black authors.

Mariolla is a proud wife and mother to a one year old.
