About Lola

Lola is a technology enthusiast currently working as a Digital Product Owner at a Wealth & Investments Firm in London. She also serves as the co-chair of the Multicultural Network at the firm and is devoted to facilitating an environment that promotes a level playing field for ethnic minorities.

Prior to her current role, she worked as a hybrid Business Analyst/Project Manager at Barclays Investment Bank for ~5 years, after starting on the graduate scheme.

When she’s not finding digital solutions to problems in the finance industry and promoting diversity and inclusion, she is co-hosting a podcast; Pull Up Your Chair. The Podcast is aimed at sharing insight into the career and life journey of the hosts, two women of African heritage living in the UK, discussing a wide range of topics including managing careers, finances, relationships, and friendships.

She enjoys exploring new places but with movement limited around the world recently, she has turned to baking to fill the void.
